Refund policy

When a fee is refundable

Course fees are refundable if you tell us before the first class of the course begins. Once the first class has started the fee is normally not refundable.

How to apply

Call our hotline or email us with your order number. The order number is sent to you and is shown on your “My orders” page.

How the money comes back

Refunds are sent back through the same channel you paid with (bKash/Nagad/Rocket/card). That provider’s own rules and timing apply.

What happens to your order and your seat

• The order status becomes “Refunded”.
• The enrollment created by that order is cancelled and its seat is released for another student.
• Access to the course, live classes and certificates from that enrollment stops.
• Your order page shows the full timeline of those changes.

If we cancel a batch or course

If a batch or course is cancelled on our side, or we take payment but cannot give you a seat, the full fee is refunded — no conditions apply in that case.
